By accessing or using Launch Queue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Launch Queue provides embeddable waitlist widgets and beta access management tools for entrepreneurs and businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You will be charged automatically until you cancel your subscription. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Launch Queue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you collect through our service. We claim no ownership over your waitlist data. You may export your data at any time.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Launch Queue be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Disclaimer
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
